Yellow Curry cooking sauce
ingredients: Organic coconut oil, turmeric, coriander seeds, cumin, cinnamon, curry powder, nutmeg, garlic, salt, shallots, dried red chili, kaffir lime leafs, anchovy fish sauce, palm sugar
To make a SimpliThai Yellow Curry base combine with 400 ml. (1¾ cups) of coconut milk (we prefer AROY-D brand).

Serve with Jasmine rice. (recommended)
