Panang Curry cooking sauce
ingredients: Organic coconut oil, lemongrass, galangal, shallots, garlic, dried chili peppers, salt, palm sugar, kaffir lime leafs, anchovy fish sauce, spices (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom, bay leafs)
To make a SimpliThai Red Curry base combine with 165 ml. (~11 tbsp.) of coconut milk (we prefer AROY-D brand).

Serve with Jasmine rice. (recommended)
