Green Curry cooking sauce
ingredients: Organic coconut oil, Chinese ginger (fingerroot), galangal, shallots, lemongrass, kaffir lime leafs, anchovy fish sauce, garlic, chili peppers, salt, sweet Thai basil, palm sugar, spices (coriander seeds, pepper, cumin, cardammom, turmeric)
To make a SimpliThai Green Curry base combine with 400 ml. of coconut milk (we prefer AROY-D brand) and 1.5 cup of water or broth.

Serve with Jasmine rice. (recommended)
