Matsaman Curry cooking sauce

ingredients: Organic coconut oil, tamarind, bay leafs, cloves, palm sugar, soybean oil, salt, shallots, lemongrass, galangal, anchovy fish sauce, coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, kaffir lime leafs
To make a Matsaman Curry base combine with 400 ml. (1¾ cups) of coconut milk (we prefer AROY-D brand).

Serve with Jasmine rice. (recommended)
